Persona 5 is one of the greatest games of the last 20 years and has its fair share of avid fans, myself included. I had the fortune of experiencing it last year, and it is now a treasured memory. I was instantly enchanted by the bursting style, the engaging characters, the slice of life storytelling, and yes, most of all, the incredible indelible music.
It's no surprise that I was smitten by the character of Ann Takamaki. I simply had no choice but to create artwork in honor of her. Thus, my humble homage in capturing the spirit of the character.
For those who enjoy any glimpse of behind the scenes info, creating Ann's signature winter season hoodie for her school uniform was very laborious. Due to the way that DAZ textures sometimes work, it required about 20+ trial and error attempts before I could get the prints in the correct spots. It involves opening photoshop, loading up the texture, and writing the full alphabet all over the texture, as well as a large sequence of numbers, all in different colors, just to "detect" where you need to place the logo so it prints in the correct spot.
