Me & Ivy Wolfe X Shot by Sean Howell ($60)
Added 2019-10-09 07:17:15 +0000 UTCThis fun set shot by my bf (of 7 years!) shot of Ivy Wolfe and I when we went up Topanga Canyon near LA in July to catch the sunset.
This was actually the day, and about an hour after I totally fucked up my knee. Sean, Alexis, ivy, her bf Chaguar and myself hiked out to some caves and boulders to shoot on in Topanga canyon and while I was shooting I dropped into A squat to get a low angle (like I always do) but this time I felt something kind of slide and pop, and when I tied, I couldn't stand up or put any pressure on my left knee.
I sat down and looked up at Sean and was like, um, you might have to carry me back to the car, because I can't really walk on it at all. He told he he'd help me however I needed with a worried look on his face.
I tried to stand up best I could,and dropped into a deep squat as fast as I could to try and reset it and I felt something click. After that, I could walk around again!
Unfortunately, since I always squat and go for low angles during shoots I kept forgetting and I had to repop my kneecap back into place like 8 times lol
Either way we had to get photos together because we are the same age, and like I've discussed in other posts with her its always fun to parallel each others lives and talk about our different paths we've taken and stuff!
Anyways! I ultimately popped it back into place and limped back to the car with help and drove home,, It's still healing but I did go to PT.
