Working from Home - Preview

Through the dining room and into the kitchen, Kim and Heather stop in the doorway. Ann, in the middle of a Zoom meeting, waves hello without looking at them, continuing to discuss hospital policies and procedures with her fellow doctors. Seeing someone in an online meeting was nothing new, but...from Heather's perspective, it looked as if Ann was wearing nothing but a thong below camera level. She always thought this was the stuff of TV commercials...a little comedic shtick where the actor wears a coat and tie for the laptop cam, but is otherwise sitting around in a pair of boxer shorts.
But here she is, a button-down dress shirt with just a hint of cleavage peeking over the tank top beneath it...and little but a string-sided thong below that.
Heather: (whispering) Does... Does your mom always, you know, dress like -that- while she's working?
