The elders were quite cautious when Saint Venus simply assaulted Peter at that moment without hesitation.

"Are you insane, Saint Venus? Do you have any idea what you just did?!" a scream echoed in the middle of the city as Saturn shouted with all his fury upon seeing a Holy Knight attacking a Gorosei.

The angel girl, who was being severely scolded verbally, simply crossed her arms, not caring about it.

"You are now an enemy of the World Government! We’ll kill your entire family in Mary Geoise!" shouted the elder.

"As if I had any love for my family..." the angel murmured beside Luffy, who looked at her a bit surprised.

‘She had someone who showed love... a brother who went with her to the Holy Knights and is dead…’ he thought.

He had heard a few things from her during the entire day they had to talk before the trip. He learned that the Holy Knights are taken from the families of Tenryuubito when they show great potential, still as children, and are trained in isolation away from home for one or two decades.

To develop all their techniques, they isolate themselves, learning the greatest techniques of the World Government, like that precious manual Luffy obtained in East Blue. And right after training in the six styles and haki, they receive a powerful fruit so they can officially act as Holy Knights.

During all this time, they no longer have any contact with their families, precisely to turn them into killing machines with no emotional ties — not even with their own blood, or seeing it exterminated by other World Government groups. This way, they can’t seek revenge later, since their true loyalty lies directly with the organization itself, and not with one of the sacred families.

Saint Venus had a weakness there, and Luffy exploited that to have her partially on his side. She held resentment toward the World Government.

Even so, the Holy Knights also marry and form families, but they need to retire for that. They can even pass on the title within their families, but there's never a real feeling of belonging with other members, due to that isolation and years of service.

Saint Venus, which is her codename, was even engaged a few years ago, thanks to her family arranging it — even though she barely had any real contact with them. She was to be married in around four more years of service. After all, they still have the luxury of retiring at 30 and becoming a regular Tenryuubito, since the blood of the ancient gods also runs in their veins.

Luffy thought about this and found the relationship between the Tenryuubito quite confusing, but didn’t care anymore, as his gaze suddenly turned to the sky, his eyes widening, surprised to feel something coming toward the island at that exact moment.

Vegapunk's broadcasts, which still appeared dark, hadn’t started yet. People all over the world were surprised to see, in most city squares and in various kingdoms, large screens being activated, while the World Government began receiving news of it rapidly, trying to shut down such devices as quickly as possible.

The transmission still hadn’t started due to the force field around the island created by Enel and Vegapunk’s technology, isolating the island from the rest of the world.

The Gorosei now seemed eager to advance and head up there, but the Dawn Pirates were holding firm, keeping them busy as the battles continued.

"Kizaru, this is a direct order! Blow up the entire base immediately!" Topman suddenly roared in his boar form, his voice echoing across the island, reaching even the upper area where the battle between Enel and Kizaru was taking place.

Explosions continued as Kizaru couldn’t respond to the elders’ command at that moment, feeling the golden staff strike directly against his chest. A tremendous pain surged through him as he was thrown to the ground, exploding a moment later, with Enel, heavily wounded, falling soon after, while the man simply collapsed, unconscious and defeated.

His body vanished a second later, as Lami had teleported to a corner and, with a flick of her finger within the field of the Ope Ope no Mi, a chain made of Sea Stone bound both arms of the admiral, sealing his devil fruit powers.

"Well, that threat’s taken care of," Lami commented calmly.

Meanwhile, Nami, Reiju, and Usopp, transformed into Eikons, were flying around the island the entire time, watching the battles unfold.

"Should we get involved?" Nami asked in her Garuda form.

"Not yet. Let them settle their fights," Reiju replied in her Phoenix form.

Usopp was also watching as he floated in the air, flapping his wings, until, in his Bahamut form, he looked up at the sky, sensing a presence approaching the island with his Haki.

On the island, it could be said that Saturn was having a really rough time, constantly being beaten, his body blasted into the ground, while Odin stomped on him, kicking him repeatedly. At the same time, Hachi was there, slashing with his six-sword style using Haki.

Jinbei also launched his attacks. Baby 5 started firing missiles. Bonney began punching him, while parts of his body simply exploded. He looked like a completely disheveled creature, unable to react, pinned to the ground and assaulted from all sides.

He tried to fight back, using his spider legs to strike anyone nearby, but they dodged, attacked, even severed his legs.

That was when an attack caught Bonney off guard, a claw flying toward her.

"Hey, you three, let him onto the island!"

A voice echoed across the island, speaking calmly but clearly reaching everyone’s ears. Using his fruit to amplify the sound of his voice, Luffy had issued a command to his three crew members, who immediately turned toward whatever was approaching.

Everyone heard the captain and withdrew from their fighting stances. A sonic boom erupted from the sky, as an object came hurtling at high speed with full force toward one of the battlefields. Everyone there, using Observation Haki, easily sensed its approach. Luffy was the only one among the Dawn Pirates who recognized it, having fought him once before.

Before Bonney could be struck by Saturn’s claw, something appeared at her side, simply using a pawed hand to deflect the claw that was aiming for her stomach.

The young girl looked up, dazed, seeing what was happening as Bartholomew Kuma finally appeared, swatting the claw aside before it could strike his daughter.

"What, Kuma?!" Saturn exclaimed, a little surprised by Kuma’s appearance, before being hit once again by a foot slamming into his face, cutting off his words as he continued being flung in all directions.

“Dad...” Bonney murmured, collapsing to the ground, while Kuma looked at her, his robotic face showing faint surprise. She looked different — white hair and white clothes — and his eyes also turned to the giant woman in the city, punching the ground with the same appearance — his daughter — and striking the boar, while the ground kept trembling from the rubber, causing the youth to lose balance and quickly become punching bags for the giant woman.

Kuma looked at it all, and tears streamed from his face. Even with his emotionless appearance as a cyborg, he seemed to be seeing something he had searched for his entire life.

“Dad... it really is her... it’s Nika, just like you promised... Nika exists... she will come to free the world...” Bonney said through tears, unsure if her father could understand her or not, but unable to keep from saying everything she wanted. This was the moment she hoped to bring him back to how he once was.

Luffy looked on with satisfaction as he saw the worm being lifted again, enduring all the attacks.

“Well...” He couldn’t deny that all the elders still possessed an unnatural healing, but they were under pressure.

“Let’s turn this into a beatdown...” It was time to be relentless against these Government men. Luffy simply bent his legs and shot into the sky, surprising the angel as she watched him stop in the middle of the island, observing all the battles taking place everywhere.

Yamato no longer let the bird continue flying, while the screens were still dark, on the verge of starting Vegapunk’s transmission.

Luffy canceled his hybrid transformation and returned to human form, beginning to focus. In the next moment, he started gathering and charging the awakening of his Multiplication Devil Fruit, releasing it soon after as he awakened it.

In less than ten seconds, he unleashed it while Peter growled at Saint Venus, who simply took a blow from him — and she wasn’t as powerful as the five elders — she was sent sliding, even while trying to use her strength. The weakness of those creatures still didn’t mean guaranteed victory, as the enemy’s Haki continued pushing her back.

It was then that, just as Luffy appeared right beside him after vanishing from the sky, in an instant he simply punched Peter's head, which twisted even with its skin hardened by Haki. He went flying, crashing through several buildings, his body rolling and exploding through more and more places.

Luffy landed on the ground a moment later and heard the woman click her tongue at him, but he quickly turned his attention back to the rest of the island, sensing everything around through his Haki, waiting for the show to begin. Suddenly, all the elders began to notice something was wrong.

"Hey, what’s happening? They’re getting stronger..." one of them muttered.

"Yeah, I feel it too. What is this?"

"I can’t even move anymore!"

"I can’t even react! What’s going on here?!"

"Did they do something?!"

Exclamations echoed telepathically as the elders spoke, now somehow under pressure like never before. All the Dawn Pirates had suddenly become more powerful.

Even the most balanced fight, between Zoro and Nusjuro, quickly shifted, as the Gorosei found himself taking a slash that broke his bones and was pushed back.

The Dawn Pirates, now joined even by Kuma, continued slashing and breaking Saturn’s entire body at this moment.

Lucy simply began to pummel, feeling her arms grow stronger and faster, even starting to wound Topman himself, who began coughing up blood.

The demonic bird wasn’t having an easy time either, as he exploded like a bomb, a block of ice flying in all directions before Yamato appeared right in front of him and shattered the ice herself, beating him down as blood splattered everywhere.

"What’s going on?" the angelic woman murmured, watching all the battlefields turn against the Gorosei. All the Dawn Pirates were simply getting stronger.

"This is my awakening," Luffy replied. "Even though I can’t turn a massive army with the power of multiplication, I can alter my allies across a large area. I’ve multiplied all their strength and speed twentyfold. It’s not something absurd... but, certainly, applying that to a large number of people in every fight turns the battle into a beatdown, without the elders being able to react."

Luffy spoke as sacred blood began to spill everywhere.
