Inside the place where Severus, Lily, and all the Death Eaters were gathered with their master, chaos had completely broken out, the energy kept exploding like a vortex with everyone trying to shield themselves from it.

All the will and determination that the dark wizards had at that moment simply vanished, as fear invaded the minds of everyone there.

"Who was that boy... no, what was that boy?"

The question arose in everyone’s mind; that energy was so dark that even the Avada Kedavra, a spell that corrupts the soul, would seem like a child's game compared to that level of power.

How did he have so much power hidden?
What was that ring he removed?
Could they deal with him?

Lily had no words, while she herself, engulfed by all that darkness within the vortex of energy, wasn’t feeling what the others around that place were feeling.

From the outside, the place looked like an abandoned building in a small town that muggles used for nuclear research. The darkness inside, with a bluish hue, shone through the shattered windows of the building, making some muggles look on in surprise from afar, wondering what was happening there and running to call the authorities.

"I had never released so much magic before..." Severus said in a vague thought, while his voice echoed through the entire place. The Orb of Avarice appeared on his neck at that moment, glowing.

All of his power, spells, and other magical abilities began to increase, gaining 100%, doubling everything related to magic in Severus Snape.

Voldemort was thrown backwards the next moment as the dark energy even surpassed the magical circle Severus was within alongside Lily.

Voldemort didn’t even know what to think as he flew through the air, just staring... horrified at it all.

Then something happened the next moment, with Lily looking surprised while everything was in chaos, yet not affecting her directly, only her clothes and hair being pushed back toward Severus—then everything became static the next instant.

Nothing moved anymore, as she opened her eyes even wider in surprise. Voldemort was flying backward with a frustrated look, the Death Eaters were all frightened around them.

"What... is this...?" she murmured, her voice echoing through the space, while even her hair and clothes were still being flung backward—yet now static with all the vortex around them, no longer felt.

Severus was in front of her, looking ahead, his hair standing on end due to the power he had released. He turned, looking at her from the side.

"Let’s take you home first." he said and appeared in front of her.

Before Lily could react, she found herself teleported instantly to another place without being able to respond.

She was back in her house, looking around in surprise while moving her body slowly in a semi-static state.

"Severus?" the voice echoed again as she saw him looking around the place as well.

"Your family must be in the hospital, they were clearly harmed. This is my fault, and I’ll give you this to help them recover."

Severus slowly approached and handed over a vial with a red liquid.

"It should be enough to heal three people from anything the Death Eaters did to your family."

He handed it over, and Lily looked surprised at her hand before turning her eyes back to Severus.

"What do you plan to do?" she asked, worried, seeing Severus turning away. The world around them was completely static while their voices echoed.

"Now, it will be my war against Voldemort." Severus said, and Lily swallowed hard as she saw him about to leave.

"Wait!" she exclaimed, but was frozen the next moment.

"..."

Severus remained silent before moving one of his shadows to Lily’s shadow. He only had Igris, Juggernaut, and Fawkes—he decided to place the phoenix.

He turned and disappeared the next moment.

"Severus!!!!" Lily shouted, looking stunned as her body returned to normal speed once she was alone again.

The previous explosion had already destroyed all the windows in that place. The next explosion sent energy through every entrance, hitting all the wizards allied with Voldemort.

"This can’t be... his power is even greater!" some exclaimed, fear leaving them unsure of what to do.

The orb on the ceiling, which had been absorbing Severus’s energy as he used his magic, was already about to explode before, but the moment Severus used the orb, it shattered in all directions while the runes stopped functioning, still trying to drain his magic—but they couldn’t keep up anymore after the ring was removed.

If the magical world had already been shaken before, it became even more terrified with this second explosion, but Severus didn’t seem to care about anything nearby.

He was once again in the same place where he had invoked his power after leaving Lily at home. His eyes glowed blue, staring at Voldemort getting up in the distance after being thrown and crashing down. There was a strange gleam in the eyes of the once-feared Dark Lord...

There was fear.

He had already collapsed all the enemy forces, and their will to fight had already died there. All they thought now was to disappear from that place—and so they did, or rather, tried.

"I can’t apparate?!"
"What is happening?!"

They immediately fell into despair. None of them knew what was going on, as they tried in every possible way to escape and even summon their brooms.

"I took the liberty of inscribing runes all around this place..." Severus said calmly. In the static space, he had simply implemented a bunch of traps around with a few wand movements while floating outside the area, before finally releasing time again.

Severus said nothing else as he just moved his wand, and in the next moment, all the light in the place suddenly vanished along with the energy he had been releasing, as if it had never been unleashed.

The sound of footsteps quickly echoed through the darkness.

"What’s happening?"
"Where is he?!"
"Lumos!"

Quickly, in the midst of their questions, light spells were cast to illuminate the place, searching for any sign of Severus and the power that had been unleashed earlier.

But the entire place was completely silent—so silent they could hear the heartbeats of the Death Eaters, and even the faint drip of sweat hitting the ground was audible.

The light moved toward the place where Snape should have been, and there was nothing there. Voldemort also looked intrigued by this entire shift—Severus had vanished.

"We should get out of here!" one of them exclaimed, grabbing a wand from a bag he brought, but it didn’t work.

"He locked us in." another said.
"I knew... we shouldn’t have messed with this guy!"
"Shut up, stay alert, he’s still here!"

"Everyone, be silent!" Voldemort’s voice rang out at that moment. "We’re still dozens of wizards! Stay sharp!" He tried to maintain control, already angry with many of his men wanting to flee, but his voice also seemed to waver—perhaps even he no longer believed in what he was saying after seeing that boy’s power.

Suddenly, the sound of apparition echoed in their midst, making everyone jump to attention.

"AHH!" a scream drew them directly toward it—but it vanished the next moment.

"Ahhh!" the scream continued in the distance, while everyone searched in the darkness, knowing very well that Severus was picking them off one by one, using teleportation even when they couldn’t. Everyone kept sweating and beginning to tremble.

The one taken by Severus was his uncle, dragged away from the others.

"Now let’s finish this." Severus’s voice was firm as he had already taken the wand from that Prince—he wouldn’t be able to escape.

"Please..." the man began to tremble from that moment on. He had no way out—his death was coming after foolishly thinking he could ever deal with this monster.

Severus wanted to talk to him for a moment, and his shadows began to manifest. He released one of the two that were with him. Juggernaut became invisible in the darkness, while Severus’s eyes glowed in the dark, gazing toward the dozens of lumos spells as people tried to see what was going on.

"Go... destroy them all." Severus gave the order, as Juggernaut vanished, turning into dark smoke and rushing toward the group.

Severus returned to his uncle—he just wanted to know a few things before finally killing him.

"I’ll be taking the family name from now on, so you’re going to choose whether you rest after death or not by answering my questions." Severus threatened, while the man didn’t quite understand what he meant, but was full of fear in that moment.

The wizards were still trying to find any sign of Severus, when something extremely powerful was already among them—and they didn’t even notice it before the first sudden impact.

One wizard felt his body being pierced so suddenly that he didn’t even feel pain right away—he looked down and saw a black claw impaling him like a doll as he was lifted into the air.

"AHHHHHHH!!!"

That scream immediately alerted everyone, making them turn toward the sound as a man began to shout. They all saw a shadowy creature lifting their companion with one hand into the air.

"What is that?! Attack!" they cried out, quickly launching multiple spells—many of them casting Avada Kedavra directly at the creature.

But the spells struck its shadowy skin and had no effect, as the creature simply tossed the lifeless body aside, still being hit, then turned, staring directly at all of them.

They swallowed hard, wondering what kind of creature this was, since even death curses were useless against it.

In the next instant, Juggernaut vanished at an abnormal speed—none of the humans there could truly follow him. He began cutting down wizard after wizard as screams echoed throughout.

People ran and tried to defend themselves, attacking the creature in every way, while it vanished and reappeared like a black smoke. When it disappeared, no one knew where it was, leaving them trapped in what felt like a horror movie.

A flame burst in the middle of the room as Voldemort cast his Fiendfyre, which quickly transformed into a giant serpent—larger even than a basilisk.

As the creature finished killing the last person in that area, the flames struck it hard.

But Voldemort, already lacking confidence, watched the creature stand amidst the flames as if they were nothing. The creature stared back at him as if he were a worm.

Juggernaut resumed killing the remaining wizards, who weren’t even using magic anymore—they were just trying to run and begging for mercy.

He was immune to everything they cast.

All that was left was a desperate attempt to survive, but they couldn’t even reach the doors of the place—the creature killed them before they got close.

Screams echoed through the area as an explosion shook the space.

Severus was simply there, questioning his uncle before finally killing him.

Now, only his great-uncle and a few distant relatives remained—but he would take on the Prince name.

Suddenly, he heard Juggernaut roaring in rage, and Severus disappeared, reappearing beside the creature, which was staring at a hole torn in the wall leading outside.

He could see smoke flying through the sky, miles away, rapidly escaping.

"So, only he survived... Well, I expected something like that anyway. But I’m surprised he can fly." Severus said, watching as Voldemort fled.

He gave a mental command to Juggernaut, who, though furious, returned to Severus’s shadow.

At the same time, he commanded all the shadows that were no longer needed to return to this place from all over England and gather again at his home on the cliff.

His gaze remained on the sky.

He gripped his wand, and his body transformed into lightning.

He shot upward, flying into the sky, chasing after the black smoke.
