I can see why this would be a favorite!! AHHH, I just love it so much! ZZS saying that WKX is his lifelong soulmate? I believe WKX short-circuited at that moment, among others! ZZS has come SO FAR! I just love it! And I’m glad that he doesn’t judge WKX for being the Ghost Valley chief, and that cat is finally out of the bag, so to speak! I love that this is a redemption story kind of for the both of them, though it’s more ZZS-centered thus far! I just love his role as an MC in this! Yessss, we live for communication and open-minded character development! I love how Grandpa YBY is so over their gay butts hahaha! YBY is righteous and rigid to a fault, this boomer! 😛I just love the way ZZS asks for YBY to consider the situation as a whole but YES OH MY GOSH WKX’s face the whole time – I was just FLOORED and feral this entire scene with their acting! And then of course, we have GX and CWN as the mirror to them! I definitely think that like ZZS, CWN would accept GX no matter what he finds out! :3 Oohhhh yeah, the OTHER murder husbands - the toxicity is terrifying between them! I love SK standing up for himself and ZJ’s ugliness being revealed is so good *ahem, more on that next week* There’s so much heartbreak for SK in these moments and the actor portrays that so. Well. ZJ is so for himself and isn’t about to change his ways, but SK is just hoping that there’s a chance…yeah, I think ZJ has no clue what he has and he better realize he’s about to lose it if he’s not careful…SK definitely deserves better, and I think the TragiComic ghost tried to warn him of that. I love the Censors are still on their island cruise! I hope they’re enjoying it there and stay there for a while! Hahahah! 2025-08-08 13:44:41 +0000 UTCAhhh episode 27 One of the absolute fandom favorites no question But don’t worry, some more favorites are still to come so good times 😁 Where to begin, it’s hard to discuss this ep because there are so many good , emotional and pivotal moments 5:04 ‘ … and my lifelong soulmate’ ZZS you can’t go on saying stuff like that, you ll be the death of WKX. But seriously, how far did our sweet ZZS come since his departure from the window of heaven? He found a soulmate , he found a son , he re found a purpose in reviving the four season manor and teaching CL and living the rest of his life with his soulmate, even WKX revenge quest gave him a purpose, because ZZS is a ride or die type of guy, one he is in , he is all in We already suspected that he knew about WKX being the Ghosts Chief especially after his slip about the hanging ghost by the lake and different other clues. But the thing is, that I adore in ZZS, he doesn’t judge WKX, he accepts him and protects him and is willing to die for him The story is about redemption, ZZS sentenced himself to a slow painful death to redeem himself, he knows about not having a choice, he knows about self loathing and guilt, and most importantly he know WKX because he is his soulmate, the person he knows the best. ZZS is such a breeze of fresh air for an MC, communicative, doesn’t prey. Give space and loyal to the death The confrontation with YBY is just delicious, granpa kicked both their asses without breaking a sweat 😂 but objectively, since YBY appeared in the martial arts world he s been vocal about his vow to destroy the Ghost valley if they ever set foot outside and now he discovers that the man he wandered with for a bit and was trying to pay a debt to was the chief himself, it’s a conflicting situation but YBY is a righteous (if rigid) senior, so of course he decided to go kill the ghost chief. ZZS defending WKX circumstances and pleading for understanding will never not move me but what literally kills me is the looks WKX gives him while he was ranting in his behalf!! My heart, that was the look of a little child that lived the last 20 yrs in a SAVAGE place where you kill or be killed, but for the first time since his parents died he found someone who stood up for him, protected him , was willing to die for him and accepts him whole Such good writing and acting ❤️❤️ Gu Xiang and CWN being a mirror to ZZS and WKX is amazing. Granted he doesn’t know the truth yet but he already accepted her wild unorthodox approach to life Now let’s tackle the other murder husbands.. their scenes are as regal as our main couple plus all the toxicity SK defying ZJ, not being obedient for once and ZJ , revealing his ugly self servant side was so good That look of heartbreak and betrayal on SK face is so so good and well acted… he breaks my heart.. all he wanted was to prove himself and be acknowledge by his Daddy. And Daddy tangled that carrot for so long, but his selfish self centered nature broke through here and SK saw it .. you deserve a better Daddy scorpion king.. Oh and the censors are still MIA, last time we checked , their cruise boat was held in an island.. May they enjoy themselves there and let us enjoy some sensual flirtiness which by the way has no Hetero explanation in any book I know 😂😂 Amazing reaction and discussion as always and glad you like the first take scene ❤️❤️

It really resonated with me as a queer person, I feel like I navigate the world thinking “if this person knew who am I, would they accept me or hate me?” So seeing Zhou Zishu accept Wen Kexing and still love him really touched me and seeing the same beats with Gu Xiang and Cao Weining is so emotional
