Naruto's Power?

Naruto will be overpowered from a young age, hiding his power without caring about what others say about him. I chose the Pika Pika no Mi because of a previous vote, but we could choose another fruit or have him just use Haki. (Maybe this fragment is from Shanks' soul.)
