Thank you for July 2025!

Thank you everyone for your kind support during July! All the wonderful comments, the joking around about Endhawks, all the appreciation you show me for my art and the things I creatively put out into the world makes me feel so warm. You all are the best and I don't think my words can ever express how thankful I am that people are here to give me support and kindness, whether it's one month or more, thank you for being so kind to me💖

I'm going to talk a little about how this month felt for me so if you're not interested that's all okay! Thank you for reading even up to this point and hope the rest of the week is a good one for you :)

Firstly, gonna apologise for the word vomit that is below, but I wanted to share some thoughts that have affected my art during July.
This month was a bit slower than the previous ones , and there were a lot of reasons for that. Ones that I've been having to reflect upon all of July and do a lot of introspection on myself and my art. I know I sometimes share too often how I'm feeling towards my own art and maybe everyone is getting tired of hearing about it, but July was a month that I struggled through creating and tried my best to hide it. Nothing looked how I wanted, and some were a struggle to even want to finish the artwork, I really wasn't trusting the process at all.
So I kept trying to experiment a little to try and fix things in an effort to maybe avoid crashing through the door of burnout/artblock.
I thought a lot about the flow and pace that I've set for myself here with my art, and the truth is I'm not an art making machine and some months are going to be months with less art than others and I need to accept that.
Social media has infected me like many artists that I must keep on creating without breaks just to show my value and to keep up "with demands" but really I don't even know of an artist who can keep creating for long periods of time (talking years straight) with very little to no 'art breaks' before hitting the wall that is artblock/burnout; I'm not the exception, I am just like all my fellow artists.

So, during August a lot of things will be going on, things getting shifted around with both my art and also in my personal life.
But one thing is for sure, I'll be doing the designing for the free patreon gift merch and be asking for everyone's input through polls like I always do and we'll see what else I can whip up art-wise 😊
