PC broken (again) - Update 2 back in business!

We are back in business!! But it's like 11pm at night cause it took 1hr to plug everything in and then all the stress caught up with me. So I'll be working all tomorrow to get through the Tier 3 reward then I'll get the next stuff started :)

——Update——

It was the power supply. The black box that supplies all the power to the computer is broken. So I spent the morning trying to do maths on what would be the quickest way to get a new one (pick one up or get express delivery for today) and it basically turned out to be quicker to get express delivery and cheaper. So I have a new power supply on route to me currently and hopefully by tonight I will have it installed and everything back up and running so I can finish off the Tier 3 reward art for this month and also do the end of month artwork as well.

Don’t know if I’ll be able to fit in any other art in between so maybe I will do some more monster art in April too >___>;; maybe just fanart of my fav from Cloud Meadow NPC ‘Garst’ my sexy blue ghost man hehe >:3

So yeah, I’m pretty bummed about this since it hasn’t even been 1 year since I last had to run to the repair shop to find out what is wrong.

If you want the tldr; basically my PC broke and is in the repair shop to diagnose the problem, which means I have to put all Patreon art on hold since none of my CSP files synced before my PC shit itself.

If you want to read what happened to my PC in more detail you can read below;

Basically on Friday night while i was right in the middle of doing the Tier 3 exclusive art my PC suddenly shut down unprompted, I then spent 3.5hrs trying to troubleshoot it to figure out what was wrong, I was unplugging everything inside the PC, unplugging from the power outlet, even taking the battery out of the motherboard to attempt to reset the motherboard.

Somehow after 3.5hrs of failing and giving up, I plugged everything back in and decided to try one last time and by some unknown magic my PC turned back on. I went to bed and then all of Saturday used my PC like normal, nothing happened, I was working on the Tier 3 art, I even played some Cloud Meadow in the evening to just have a little fun. Sunday comes along, I’m using my PC like normal again, watching YouTube and trying to get through the Tier 3 art (it was all turning out so good too!) I wasn’t even thinking that the situation on Friday was going to happen again (wish I had synced my file to the cloud sooner) at 4pm it happened again. PC randomly attempted to restart, it did, but once I got to the login screen, it shut down and despite spending another 3hrs on Sunday evening attempting to do all the same things I did back on Friday I still was not able to get the PC to come on. Basically when I turn the power button on everything clicks and flashes on for a moment and then it all turns off but the weirdest part is that the RAM sticks I have are RGB and they light up and stay lit up even though the rest of the PC isn’t on.

It’s super weird, super frustrating and I don’t have enough spare parts to diagnose what seems to be the problem. I swear if the PC shop says it’s the motherboard I am going to lose my mind.

Anyways long wall of text aside it means I am currently without a PC and am using my iPad but my iPad does not have the most up to date file of the tier 3 reward art so I have to put it on hold until my PC is sorted out.

I am so sorry, I had so many plans for art and now I don’t know what to do since my PC has all my references, files, and more and frankly I’m really upset and frustrated over this. I am so sorry. I am going to try to send out more Patreon packages but it will be slower because I have to type each and every customs form myself on my ipad now and then send all the emails to you all from my phone.
