So. If you don't know, in DnD Elves can see in the dark, but the world looks like a black and white filter, now of course when I found that out it brought a whole new meaning to some of Astarion's lines about how colourful the world is, etc, because as a vampire spawn it has meant he has only seen the world in black and white for hundreds of years.
So kinda wanted to play around with the idea of a monotone artwork where the source light is the only colour, and as we know, the eye reflects light so I made his beautiful red eye visible ❤️
I'm so enamoured by this fictional man xD Like red flags be damned he likes cats! (was a real line I said while playing the game). He has a lot of trauma, SA, abuse, and is VERY DEFINITELY on the Asexual spectrum, and that bit of representation is what I love so very much, that many of us were willing to forgo intimacy with him but still continue having a relationship with him, it's like what I wish every asexual could have.
Anyways, I could keep rambling all day about this! I hope you enjoy, this piece is going to be an a postcard print included with all my Goosetarion sticker orders on etsy :)
