The (absolute) state of things.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to come here and be transparent about how slow things have been. Some of you know this but I am terrible with communication on all fronts and I want to remedy that and not be so stagnant when it comes to art and posts here, and talk about what I'm planning with everything here.

How it's been going

Back in 2021, I had a health issue which presented as double vision (independent in both eyes) as well as total limb numbness and blood pressure so high I almost died. I worked through that thankfully but the vision issues never went away. This combined with some loss of family members, the overtaking of AI, anti-NSFW legislation being pushed, and the en-shitification of the internet as a whole has sorta mentally drained me, and i've honestly just been a wreck this whole year. It was gradual since 2021 but I think I finally hit the bottom some months ago.

There were periods of weeks at a time where I wouldn't even get online at all because i've just been so over everything, but that's not really fair to others, especially you guys since you have been kind enough to support me and my work, some here for the better part of a decade now. I'm still in a mental fog (Nothing crazy, don't worry or 5150 me lol) but after so much time away, i'm feeling a bit of that spark again and I want to give this the effort it deserves, and continue my 'art journey' so to speak. I feel like my quality has plateau'd when I know I can do better.

What now?

• Art.
  Frankly, I just need to post. I still have a backlog to upload that i've been lazy and slacking on. I also have a decent amount of comm work still to do, so i'll be prioritizing that and posting right away.

• WIPs
  I occasionally post these as they happen in the discord, but going forward I will also do my best to post here as well, high res and more than just one random shot when applicable.

• Consistency
  I'm dogwater with hitting dates for some reason, going to focus on being better with that, even if I have to schedule votes and other posts in advance, I have no excuse.

The Future

• Animation.
  This was always the goal, but i've been slacking on it (cause its hard and I have a problem with being lazy), but a full move into blender for full animation with physics and voice acting is what I'm hoping to get to, I don't have a timeframe yet but I may have some short janky shots coming soon.
  Also no excuses, but shoutout to the popular 3d artist that I paid hundreds of bucks for a model conversion over 2 years ago that they still haven't delivered on to help with this goal, fucking asshole.

• Re-Theming
  I plan on changing rank names, and fully overhauling the discord and other stuff, even potentially my watermarks. I won't be changing my name though.

• Tiers?
  I may one day fizzle out the 1 dollar tier since the % I get from it doesn't even make it worth for me, but considering post rate up to this point, I will leave it for the foreseeable future until I feel the time is right and I have delivered a worthwhile product for long enough.

• Reward Changes?
  I have been thinking of ways to add and make tier rewards on here more engaging. I also will be looking into ways to evolve the partypick each month that won't water it down or be as confusing or same-y (Votes usually go the same way everytime. If you have any ideas, feel free to comment, i'm open to hearing what you suggest)

• Website
  Been sitting on this one for awhile but I want to launch my own site as well, a place I can post where I won't be censored or dumped by some dumb AI algorithm. I understand that nobody really wants to visit custom websites so I won't be abandoning any current platform I have for this, it will just be another place to find me.

• Merch?
  Considered doing merch. Stickers, posters, maybe custom inconspicuous shirt designs, 3d statuettes? Lots of ideas for this but I'm not sure how many are drooling for a Forsaken branded futa drink coaster lol.

Many have left due to the lack of posts, but a majority of you have stayed to support me, and I can't really thank you enough for that. Words are just words but I promise I will do my best and give you all what you are here for, and hopefully even more.
