For this route, you have to say that you're glad he abducted you, choose not to run away, and obey his command. From there, Jesse will get you prepped and then forcibly fist you...deeply.
After your fisting, Jesse will give you a choice for what he does to you next, and he notes that if you suck his dick, he'll be more inclined to take you home with him, which could give you an opportunity to escape sooner.
