OR Steve finds himself back in the Upside Down, and he meets mind flayer Billy and Kas/vampire Eddie. I have this image in my head of Billy being underneath Steve, pinning him to his chest with his tentacles and fucking him (not w the tentacles) while Eddie bites his neck. Could be hot to see bite marks all over Steve too. Not a/b/o please.
I misread the bit about the tentacles completely and so it doesn't match up to your prompt perfectly; I did a quick edit because of the specific note about the tentacle fucking, don't click to the 3rd image if you don't want to see it!
Really like this prompt because I have a headcanon idea where what if everyone killed by the upside-down came back hybridized with whatever killed them... Then we could have Billy and Eddie and Barb and Bob and Mews and Chrissy back... ;w; Not Benny and Alexei though............
