As you may have noticed, recently has been witnessed a slight lull. The fact is that we are still working on things announced last month. However, here are some news.
Firstly, the first set of faces for the protagonist is almost ready, which means the next update for the demo will be released very soon. We are also working on the remaining scene with Belle to finish the second root of the demo.
Secondly, we can finally clarify our anthro artists. Last month we contacted Piranha_Fish and even ordered a couple of sprites. You can see one of them above. This is Sheriff Mary , and she will be your boss for the first episode. If you were curious about who is shown in the title picture of our Patreon page, now you know the answer. Despite the fact that we were satisfied with the result, we, unfortunately, did not agree on the terms of collaboration. The main problem was timing. We need sets of sprites for four characters, and in the case of cooperation with the Piranha_Fish, we would not meet the deadlines set for publishing version 0.1.
Therefore, we decided to expand our work with Sverhnovapony. He has almost completed the set of backgrounds for version 0.1, and now will deal with the remaining characters. We already have one beautiful scene in his performance, so we have no doubt that the rest of the characters will turn out no worse.
And since we are talking about version 0.1, I would like to mention that we dream of releasing it before the Christmas holidays. This is not an official announcement, but the deadline on which we would like to comply.
We understand that development may seem slow, but while Patreon only covers assets costs by half, we are forced to take more work in real life, so even the core team members have less time. But without your support, we could not even have done that.
