Demo v1.01 update release

Demo v1.01 update is here. This update will not bring new game-changing features or exciting new scenes, but will deliver bug fixes and some minor improvements. At first we wanted to release them as part of a larger update, but since it's still under development, these fixes will be released separately. This release focuses on new players, so if you've already played the demo version, wait for the next big update.

Changelog:
- Added animation for wind turbines on the crossroad screen.
- Improved interaction with items in the inventory.
- Fixed crash to the main menu when interacting with the journal button.
- Fixed the ability to break the "scene with tentacles" when interacting with certain areas on the screen.
- Fixed visual bugs with the 'captured Belle' sprite.
- Minor writing fixes.
- Removed developer debug features.
