Waylon didn't see The Groom until after his supervisor had left. It was like it appeared in the monitor as soon as Waylon was alone, lurking in the corner of the empty chapel, but Waylon figured he'd just missed it on their walk-through. He wondered why a same-day wedding chapel would need an animatronic, but then, it was a subsidiary of that pizza chain famous for its animatronics. Maybe people liked the gimmick. The thing was so creepy, but Waylon couldn't help but think it was kind of handsome too...
