Prompt - Lucy B: Dracula/Jonathan: with a truly monstrous Dracula: Fangs out, claws sharp, eyes red, snarling and covered in blood. Maybe he just exterminated those who would keep Jonathan from him. Maybe a human Jonathan stumbles too far into the castle, and sees what he shouldn't. Either way, Jonathan knows he should be terrified and repulsed ; he is the former, but the later.... quite the opposite.
He has the same dreams, long after he escapes the castle, long after he escapes Romania: the Count, eyes blazing, maw full of scissor-sharp teeth, looming over him, Jonathan now the target of the murderous focus he had only glimpsed through cracked doors. He feels a terror, but not only that... A deep, profane feeling he has long worked to bury. He knows the Count still lives, now somewhere in his own country, through machinations Jonathan himself assisted with, and convinces himself it must by some torture he has sent to Jonathan, as punishment for surviving. But some part of him knows it to be untrue, and knows that if he should ever meet the Count again, the monster would be as surprised as he was to discover what sinful feelings that terrible visage evokes in him...
