This is a link to a google form where you can enter your info to receive these rewards in the mail! Please read the info on the page/below, triple check that your info is entered correctly, and let me know if you have any questions!

I cannot take special requests, including modifying the contents or signing things. If you would prefer to receive all of the rewards, please do not fill out this form; first raise your pledge on Patreon, find the post with the other form, and fill out that one. Feel free to message me if you have difficulties with this.
Please take care to give an address which you can receive mail at for the next several months; rewards will be sent out slowly to avoid putting too much non-essential mail in the system. Please take care to include all necessary info for your rewards to be delivered, which may include your real name.
I will let folks know when rewards begin to ship. Delivery can take a week or more in the domestic US, and a month or more for international. Keep in mind that postal systems may take longer due to the pandemic.
REWARDS WILL SHIP IN A REGULAR SIZED MAILING ENVELOPE; PLEASE MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T GET SHUFFLED IN WITH YOUR JUNK MAIL AND THROWN AWAY!!

Try checking this page and making sure you're assigned to the top tier: https://www.patreon.com/pledges I think it's possible these days to increase your pledge amount but still be assigned to a lower tier. Let me know if that doesn't fix it!
