Shop Update!
Added 2020-02-25 03:42:52 +0000 UTCJust wanted to let folks know that I've restocked some of the low stock/sold out charms in my shop just now~ Stock is still variable so I apologize if any of them sell out quickly again, I tried my best to balance the amounts and get enough of what folks wanted ;o;

If you have any trouble with an order please send a message through the shop! My helper or I will get back to you. Please send us a message if you were missing items or had the wrong items; my helper isn't familiar with my ships so despite all of my best efforts at labeling, they still bone it up once in awhile :((
Speaking of boning up, we also recently had a big batch of orders returned due to a postage snafu, so if you checked your tracking and got a "status unavailable" message, it's likely yours was one of those. I believe we've gotten them all back out now and so hopefully they'll reach you folks soon!
I'm just a small business, I'm one person and my helper ships all the stuff for my bigcartel on their own in another state, so mistakes are unavoidable sometimes, but please know we'll do everything we can to make it right! If you reached out through the shop and were unsatisfied with the help you got there, please feel free to reach out here; my helper works full time so sometimes emails slip by them or they shoot out a thoughtless reply too quickly and come across terse/rude. We're working on it!!
