Wooden charms are single sided, wooden pins are single sided, acrylic charms are double-sided but only one side has the holographic coating so they have slightly different art on the backs!
Last time I released charms a lot of folks wrote me saying their charms were damaged and asking for replacements; in all those cases it was because they didn't remove the paper coating that protects the art during shipping. Most of my charms ship with some kind of coating, so please make sure that's not what it is before writing!
