Select Julia Voth preset in the LooksMenu,
To get clothes :
- enter in the console "Help RE3 0" - and find ARMOR ID - RE3 default outfit
- then add the clothes to your inventory - "Player.additem ID 1"

- If you want to replace the face of a follower with the face of Julia, tell me about it I will do it for you
- If you find any problems with it, let me know.
- Also, if needed, You can remove the necklace by simply renaming or deleting "Necklace.nif" in Meshes folder.
