2025-09-30 14:29:12 +0000 UTCWhen I go to the Claude site it says "Claude.ai is currently experiencing a temporary service disruption.". That's one of the problems with hosted non-local AIs. But I assume you'd need an account with them for it and to pay them. It would be better if there was free local software that did that (maybe in the free Libre Office writer/calc formats), since it also might be risky giving spreadsheets (which might contain financial info) to some other company's online AI. There are local free AIs apps like GPT4ALL and oobabooga textgen that you can attach as document to ask it about it but you wouldn't be able to save a document out (other than by copying what it's written and pasting that into an text editor).
