9 September 2024 Update - Rope NEXT
Make sure to first select videos folder before faces folder
Rope Live Updated to latest version with a much faster and better model downloader
Install tensorrt bat file removed as it is not necessary anymore
Last tested commit : f1bea40d0cf23e1b1d0be4aecb62635dd1161d5b
There was a bug that was preventing it to work on Ubuntu - Massed Compute (cloud for NO GPU users) fixed
Alucard24 branch installer also updated - now downloads all models very fast and works on Massed Compute (cloud for NO GPU users) ubuntu very well

New Installer added but use only if you have default set CUDA 12.4 : (Windows_Install_CUDA_12_4_Only_If_You_Have_CUDA_12_4_Default.bat file)
CUDA 12.4 installer will auto download cuDNN 9.4 and works perfect

2024-09-16 00:36:28 +0000 UTCSo I love all the new features but I rather revert back to Rope-V4. I’m using massed compute. When I try to run the same files I always did Rope-V4 doesn’t work anymore. I feel like the new Rope Next is slower than RopeV4 because even if you change the priority to the Tensor Engine it takes so long to load that I don’t think it’s worth it in some cases. So I have two questions, what do I need to do to get ropev4 working again? And, are these new versions really faster, any specific settings I’m not taking advantage of in Rope Next? Also I usually is A6000 on massed compute. How many threads is quickest?
