Added 2022-08-05 21:07:15 +0000 UTCAlso this time I learned, late, of the change in the late EA policy (I was hospitalized for 3 days with my youngest daughter, so I was not really in the mood to follow the vicissitudes of the community). Nonetheless, although EA has decided to back down on early access (some famous creator made a scene about it ?!), I have made the decision not to use the service anymore. This means that I will continue not to take advantage of the option to put my CCs in early access, although those few euros per month would suit me. My CCs will always be accessible to everyone from the day of publication. Why this decision? The answer is simple. I find that EA's turnaround is a petty move towards those who, like me, have always followed the rules on early access and continued to do so even when it was decided to remove everything, while the usual suspects continued to do what they wanted. It was disgusting to witness the whining of some users who did not accept the decision of the EA, as well as it was very annoying to see that the usual suspects did not care at all and publicly announced that they would continue to use early access even with very long times, or even leaving everything in the paywaller.
To retrace their steps by EA is, in my view, a total lack of respect towards all users who have undergone doxxing from cowbuild & company and also towards all of us creators who have always followed the directives. Punishing offenders is not EA's business, it seems.
This community needs a new dose of good vibes.
