How To Fix Artifacts In The SDXL 1.0 VAE - Hidden Watermark System

It appears that there are some embedded watermarking system in 1.0 VAE
This is not verified yet but a possibility
Therefore we will use this particular VAE with SDXL 1.0 release
https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/sdxl-vae/resolve/main/sdxl_vae.safetensors
Put into VAE folder and select it as default or select from quick menus
Watch below tutorial starting minute 10 and watch few minutes to understand
Same procedure apply to ComfyUI as well
Put into VAE folder and add VAE loader
Start from minute 5 if you wish
