To use "long audio generator.zip" file you need to install Microsoft Visual Studio community edition with C# and .NET Core. https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/community/

Alternatively, you can use "net7.0-windows.zip" which contains exe file to directly use. It is a self contained folder so contains all necessary DLLs.
