ok you have few errors. first of all your parent folder name is roop. second did you install cuda 11.8, python 3.10.x? so if you did reinstall it into d:\rope_ai and let me know results

i don't know that, i guess that depends a lot maybe from a picture that you put it in for the swap. the last swapping (i'm doing right now) using only 00.98 GB of vram. another picture of another face, was using almost all the ram available. i'm pretty confused :D btw i stoled you enough time. thank you for your kind answers.

sorry for bother you again, but something very strange happened. i hope you can give me an explanation. i've tried to swap a 119 frame long, 1920x1080 (landscape) 24fps mp4 video and gives me the error that i've mentioned before (vram releated) BUT, just for my curiosity i've tried to put another video, 569 frames long, 2160x4096 (portrait) 25fps and roop made it succesfully without any issue or breaks... this is strange. how can it's possible that the shorter and in lower resolution, fails, but a longer and better quality video works perfectly? i've noticed another thing. in my first attempt, roop sucks all the vram plus some shared one.. 7 gb total. giving the error, the second attempt, roop was using 3.50gb of just vram, again, without issues.

ohhh probably is this!! i've a 3050 RTX but only 4gb VRAM, i'm planning to upgrade my setup with at least 16GB Vram, but in the meanwhile what do you suggest? i've noticed that i can use roop even in my actual setup, but do you know any workaround? maybe splitting the video? any suggestion will be wellcome :)

Hi, thank you for this, but i have a strange problem (seems), it seems to works with only some photos only. some works, some others not. it gives me this error AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'normed_embedding'. there is something wrong in some pictures? i don't know what i have to think 'cause as i said before, some photos works perfectly. thank you for your help

Hello. it is normal. because the face swapper model we use is only 128x128 pixels. They didn't release better model. Are you using enhancer command? it will try to upscale and enhance.
