I think for most people, between tax season/olympics and this quarter picking up from the typical post-xmas slump of january, everyone is just busy. I know for my industry Feb-April is crazyland time for planning conferences and other events for the summer.

For me, I think Triplo is in a bit of a slow spot - necessary for plot development, but slow - and Gin & Molasses is neat but different. Not anything bad going on! I also don't comment much either, sorry!

I chose something else because I see the notices in my inbox and think "ok when I get home I'll go checkout Reaper's update". Then my brain forgets about it until I get the next notice and I go "oh crap I still haven't looked at the last one! I gotta catch up!", and then I'll catch up on everything at once.

Hmmm... I usually don't comment, because I don't feel comfortable with English. (not my first language) Furthermore I'm not that much into fanart and porn without plot. So I'm really looking forward for the Vacant Body. I already ordered the book, 😂 the shipping costs more than the book itself. And I love Sweet Bear.

Work has been BONKERS this month. I get the notifications, but swipe them away. When I get home (around 8), I pretty much crash. It's like three days later I remember to visit Patreon.

Seeing as I’m busy with the printing of Vacant Body I’ve had less visits to Patreon in general ;0), but I’ve been receiving all your updates in my email. So that’s working fine! I got behind on reading Sweet Bear and need to go back and catch up to what’s going on so I can comment without sounding stoopid. He’s still crazy adorable as usual! I enjoy your Hannibal posts even though I’ve not watched the show because I like the character dynamic and visual intensity of that world which you depict so vividly. I’m not much of a Hobbit or Sherlock fan so I tend to not know what’s going on there XD. But when naked men are happening - I’m there!!

I think your poll lacks this option: "I love your work but this weather is killing my mood". I love all your posts but this month made my allergy spike so i'm super tired and with 0 energy even to write a little, I'm sure there are more people in the same condition as me following you. But I received all the "there's an update" e-mails and what I did is check all of them once a week justs to have a nice moment forgetting about the allergy.

Well I do have a lot of going on right now. But it's kind of true that I feel lime this month wasn't so exiting to me like the previous months? Well it's really awkward for me to say, but maybe your new schedule isn't really working for me right now. And I am not talking about quantity but the order. It's very hard to explain. Did you on your previous schedule post something on Monday or just at the start of the week? Because that always makes me excited the most, you know: bad Monday and then *BAM* a post! I'm really enjoying a lot of your work, but on a personal level, I'm not as interested in Sherlock. Since that's been the main content updated lately, I don't check in as often! (Not to say it's bad! Just not a personal interest)

My gap in comments has been due to my workload at college. I have so many essays and assignments I need to keep up with, sometimes I only have the presence of mind to take a break and look at a picture for a few minutes, like it, then get back to work. Especially since it's midterms right now just before spring break? For those of your patrons that are also college/university students, it may be the same for them. On a side note, when you update with a new comic or picture, it always makes my day brighter. As a suggestion, if it's something that continues to be a concern, perhaps there is something new that could be done to generate more activity? Maybe a comic or story that at the end of each page or segment, the patrons take a vote on what happens next? It doesn't necessarily have to be anything super serious or detailed, just a fun little thing. Though, I understand that even that would likely take more time than average, and you already have a size-able workload. Regardless, as far as myself goes, I am pleased with your updates, and your lovely work!

I usually aim to do only about 8 doodle day posts for the low-tier; the last months might have skewed expectations a bit, since I did that new years comic in January, and December had a break week so I did extra doodles. So unfortunately this is more like my normal schedule. I'll have to think about the experience for the lower tiers a bit more I think~ Thanks!

January was on the new schedule as well, and it didn't drop so severely, but that could definitely be a factor; technically 3 of this month's doodle day posts were in January, so that probably boosted the discrepancy a bit. It doesn't show me percentages but maybe I will try to math it out later and see if maybe it's not quite as bad as it looks. Thanks!

For me, it's because I view most of your updates on email, and rarely log-in to my patreon account. I love your work, and I'm excited to get my copy of The Vacant Body. :)

I don't think it's that the content isn't engaging, for me it's just the time the post happens each day. I usually get a chance to look at it around lunchtime on my phone as I'm heading out to pick something up and then I completely forget to comment by the time I get home. Maybe that's the case for other people? This month has also been extra busy and crappy for me. I love your stuff Reaper, so much so that I pre-ordered two copies of Vacant Body so I have a copy for me and a copy I can loan out. :) I'll really try to be more aware of myself passively consuming content and make sure that I comment/like more often.

For me, this month has been really busy, but it does also seem that there have been a few less viewable posts for lower-tier patrons than usual! I really don’t mind that though, and hope to up a lot of my pledges when finances aren’t so tight... in the meantime I look forward to what you post, I just haven’t been online much in general.

I have also experienced a lag in my emails!! I'll check during the usual posting time and nothing will be there, then when I go back at the end of the day, it says it delivered at 3ish or something. And this month too, I've also sometimes received one page and not the other.

Honestly, I’m wondering if it isn’t just because of the new posting schedule. Aren’t you posting less this month than last month? The charts above seem to be on a number scale (rather than a percentage scale), so if you are sending out less posts, it makes sense that these numbers would be less. I’d be more interested to see if the percentage of comments/likes has decreased. (On a side note, I haven’t found this month’s posts to be boring or uninteresting.)

This month is my birthday month so I've been busy and I'm in school going through my last semester before I graduate and transfer. Life is kinda busy and sometimes I miss the updates but I think a new goal of mine is to try and comment more cause I'm starting to get the hang of using patreon and want to be more present instead of a silent supporter. I loved first chapter of This Vacant Body and can’t wait for it to return. I still wish the study in black would come back but if you aren’t into it anymore that’s just how it is. I do think you should do what you love and I support that to the fullest. Even if I’m not into most of it, or comment as much, I am still going to be here. Because I think you’re worth that as an artist. Don’t let one month get you down, we are all still here <3

I've been trying to be better about commenting on other websites and I'm always so nervous about it and especially here when anything I say could be good or bad.
