Charge up front - Patreon's got a lot of bugs

Someone just messaged me that they weren't charged when they pledged recently; I have had charge-up-front active for some time and so you are supposed to be charged when you pledge (to prevent people from dining/dashing essentially). I did a little research and discovered that Patreon had somehow switched this feature off for me, which is really really unfortunate. I reactivated it, but I'm unsure how it will act now; it may go back and charge new patrons retroactively, or more likely, it will basically give you guys a free month. Since this is an off month for me anyway, I'm not super concerned, but if any of you notice this happening in the future, please let me know asap! Patreon didn't send me any notifications about the change so I was in the dark completely, and I'm still not sure for how long.
Patreon has been really really great for me, and I'm super grateful to all you guys, but man is it ever a buggy garbage platform sometimes...

It's gone through now! I'm leaving it at $14 because I'm impressed with your content, your other followers are confident of your regular updates and it's only an extra dollar!

If none of that is relevant I'll definitely shoot them an email, just want to assure I haven't messed up anything on this end!

I reported it to them and the guy who helped me out, while nice, absolutely does not believe me lol. It would be a massive help to me if patrons reported the issues as well :) Thanks so much for letting me know!
