Prompt - Elisabetta Palmeri and Roberta Palmeri: We would love a superhero AU with Hannigram! (Or better, a supervillain AU!)

It turns out I can't design a very good superhero costume in under an hour lol, but I got lots of ideas for the super powers they could have?? Hannibal AKA The Ripper is a supervillain with your basic man of steel package: invulnerability, super speed/strength, flight, plus a cloak of invisibility. He's also the world's most elusive serial killer. Will Graham AKA Empath is a superhero who is capable of touching a person and becoming them, powers and memories and all (essentially a Rogue+Mystique deal); unfortunately this results in the person's death. Will Graham is forced to use this power "for good" by government agencies, feeling guilt not over the deaths he's caused, but because he secretly likes it. Until eventually he encounters The Ripper and discovers his powers mysteriously don't affect him, and Hannibal Lecter seems to be the only other person in the world who he can touch :)))))))

I kind of wanted to go a different route with their names and costumes at first and give them more of an Ozymandias/Veidt vibe but I didn't have time to do that much research lol :P Maybe later when they get married they rebrand as Achilles and Patroclus or something like that~
