Bonus~ Con doodles
Added 2016-05-31 19:52:13 +0000 UTCSome Hannibal stuff I doodled at Fanime this weekend; unless you're like a raging popular booth, there's usually some downtime between customers, and I hate just sitting there staring into space :P I like drawing stuff like plants and bugs when I'm using traditional ink because if I fuck up then it's not super ugly heh
I found this little book with brown paper I wanted to try my pens on, and the answer is that the pens I have hate it haha... The paper is kinda rough and the nibs are pretty delicate. I was having fun experimenting with the white pencil though. Wish I could do stuff like this more often, it's nice stress relief~
Edit: OH PS the top pic was gonna be Hannistags but Will's face looked really depressed when I started inking it so I changed it :P The sunflower gives it away tho ;w;

2016-06-01 04:35:38 +0000 UTCI've done commissions at con a couple times but I'm not super comfortable with it, I'm not great at drawing good looking characters on paper (I make a lot of fixes when I draw them digitally) and the few times I've done it for someone I've felt really unsatisfied with it when I handed it over at the end. Maybe if I get a bit better at traditional stuff I might start doing it hehe
