2025-04-18 21:51:26 +0000 UTCYeah absolutely. It's a fallacy that hypnosis IS trance. Trance is just one of the many phenomena of hypnosis. James Tripp writes some interesting stuff on this. Anyway, focus audios work for me, because it keeps my brain from being distracted and keeps me on task. They are certainly hypnosis, in that they illicit hypnotic focus in order to drive an outcome. (I actually recorded this one for me!)
