There is theory that he is stealing Quirks from kids for AFO, bc there is no reason to show us this guy working for him insted of a new character. I ended up watching MHA on S5 so idk is this was comfirm. 2. All Might said that Quirks in One for All are mixed together and passed on so there shoud be more then just super strength, that can be intresting in future.
