The major difference between Ed/Al and Shou is that Ed/Al were just children left alone and just wanted their mother back. Shou was a grown man and a piece of shit.

How bad is it, well in the manga, there’s columns at the end of the volume where killed characters either go to heaven or hell. And only 2 have been drawn going to the boiler room. Shou is one of them. So when scar said two souls, he was referring to Nina and Alexander. Shou tucker is arguably worse, since in the 03 series.
