This is also the first time we’ve seen Ichigo actually want to kill another human. He’s never truly killed someone, since hollows get purified by zanpaktous and someone like ulq was technically killed by his hollow while he was unconscious He didn’t even seem to wanna try to kill Aizen but now it’s completely different.
