Although I've always wondered why people consider dark-skinned characters in anime black, Hispanic, etc. without them explicitly being stated as such. Chad, I get since he is Japanese Mexican. But characters like Yoruichi and Kaname aren't. And I get dark-skinned Asians exist. But it just doesn't sit well with me.
