2024-11-11 08:35:34 +0000 UTCThere was no real timeline for how long Ragnar was in Scandinavia to see Jorl Borg, but Ragnar was shown having conversations with Aslaug and could have told her at some point. We don't know how many times after the miscarriage did their attempts fail. Aslaug intrigued Ragnar so once that happened, he wanted to know more about her and stay around her on the trip until he promised his son he wouldn't anymore. Ragnar showed intrigue in going West, keeping Athelstan and learning about England. Everything Ragnar has put his mind to he has done including finding a way to have more sons to carry on his legacy. I am in the same line of thinking though that Aslaug sucks and I never liked her character.
