A little information that will make you understand even more what Chad and Ishida are feeling right now. After being helpless all this time without his powers, as you can imagine, it means a lot to a Quincy and to his pride for Quincy to have them back again. And for Chad who has always been a great friend of Ichigo, especially because of the promise they had made to protect each other: having found himself with such a difference in power that he was no longer able to help Ichigo anymore in any way during the first attack , he suffered a lot. So one can't wait to be able to use his powers again and feel proud of his lineage again and the other can't wait to be able to return the favor again and continue his promise to Ichigo. And for this reason, the volume in which the two of them finally fight is called “245: TwoMenAreBurning”! I’ve always loved that title and how it means nothing on it’s own, but with context it’s fire 🔥
