Also she never 'abandoned' Rickon, what the fuck could she have done, she wanted to save him and used that to get Jon motivated, but she was realistic and we saw how they turned out. She couldnt have told Jon about Littlefinger and the Vale, because 1. He would not have went for it, considering he hates Littlefinger. 2. She didn't want to use Littlefinger, it wasn't until Jon refused to listen to her about gaining support from other northern Houses.

She's going on and on about not having enough men all the while she has this fucking secret army in her back pocket and says nothing. Then there's her abandoning Rickon. It's like bitch saving Rickon was one of the main motivations Sansa used for Jon to fight again and then immediately gives up on the idea right before the battle. That's cold and it's why I say that Sansa at this point is the daughter of Cersei and Littlefinger if in spirit only.

But the entire plot of her, Littlefinger, and the Vale is one of the first of many coming examples of the destination making a lot of sense but the way they got there being poorly written and or nonsensical. They want to make Sansa seem smart and tactical but D&D struggled to actually communicate that through writing her actually being smart and tactical. Her asking Littlefinger to do what he was already going to do isn't much of an accomplishment, and her lies to Jon led to many thousands of the last surviving freefolk to die for no reason.

He knows how to manipulate people and enjoys the psychological torture he inflicts on them. Joffrey is just a psychopath but he’s almost a little more harmless than Ramsay because he’s not smart. Margaery Tyrell was able to outsmart Joffrey and manipulate him into doing what she wanted, I don’t think she would have been able to do that had she married Ramsay. Epic episode, and the end of an epic villain.

She def got better as the episode went along but it was funny when the battle first started bc Tay was looking down, up, side to side lol anything to avoid the carnage lol but it didn’t take long for her to lock in on it. When Joe said something about her eyes being locked on the tv I was thinking the same thing lol

2023-12-20 18:14:38 +0000 UTCLot of ppl hate Sansa arc but I thought it was dope at least this part of it because this season we saw her grow up and mature, shes no longer that little bird who wanted to be a lady and a wife etc. she learned from all of the men who tortured her manipulated her and were mean to her, she reminds me of her mother now, and that's exactly how she was able to get little finger to help win this battle. Her looking at Jon running with the giant and tormund to winterfell was lit, it was like a culmination of 6 seasons of the starks being displaced all through westeros finally coming back home.
