Everyone in the world of GOT is getting their hands dirty and you don’t wanna do anything about your brother and sister’s murder? Even if Oberyn did volunteer to fight, he only did it cuz he was actually trying to avenge his sister. Then The Lannisters add insult to injury by thinking they can just sneak in and take the daughter that’s the symbol of Dorne’s pact with the crown, and you just say “you can take her but just take my son too”?
