That bar in which they are drinking is a callback to Slime Diaries/Tensura Nikki, the spin off that is just nice slice of life & character & world/nation building. I can only recommend watching it, even if just on your own if you don't think it will do well as reaction content. It gives back some of the depth that was cut in S1 in the transition from LN to anime by simply being able to spend some more time with the characters and seeing their daily life and worries as they develop tempest from a village to a full blown nation.

Dwargon can only produce a single stellar gold coin in a month. They are chiefly reserved for large business transactions and payments between nation-states. With a denomination this large, it is really more like a security certificate.
