This showcasing just how powerful just one dragon is, always makes me reflect on the fact that they said Achnologia killed thousands or at least everyone in the graveyard, can't remember exact wording. Puts in perspective how insane he is.

2023-12-16 03:58:25 +0000 UTCThanks for two episodes today when I didn't even expect one! :D No offense to the princess, but I always can't help but feel like her using her brain just a little more and asking some more questions would stop this whole situation. But at least It lead to fun plot. Like she could ask questions like; If all dragons are gone, mr man from the future, where do they show up from? How come through absolutely no changes the portal goes from time portal to cannon. How does the portal know to go cannon mode? If we felt like something was fishy before, someone has to be lying. And then you realize that your knight has found a female time traveler, but you have always conversed with a male time traveler, shouldn't you start asking if something more is going on here? Idk just saying, she kind of gullible. But lead to fun plot.

Because not everything has been revealed yet about Future Rogue, I'm still holding a few things back, but we can talk about the first part. Future Lucy and the gang were being held in the prison when the dragons arrived. Hisui opened the Eclipse gate to go back 400 years to defeat Zeref (the original plan, that Arcadios was ready to do ASAP). They were only in cells because (at least some of them) had been drained of their magic when they got too close to the gate while fighting to escape earlier. That means there is a good chance Natsu, Lucy, and Yukino were all suffering from magic deficiency syndrome, and would be no help...to close the gate. The gate was stuck open to 400 years in the past, with no one left to close it. By the time their magic would have recovered, hundreds of dragons already would have crossed through, and it would have been too late. That's where I will leave it until you find out a bit more in the next few episodes.
