Yeah one Isekai protagonist that beats the stereotype. He's not overpower and he has a lot of flaws. As much as I love an overpowered Main character. I still find a weak one very intriguing. Why because it reflects our true human nature. Humans are weak and flaws yet that doesn't stop then from trying to be better. Well some of us do at least.

Also according to the writer of re zero, the parents Are enduring the disappearance of their eldest son somehow or other. The police investigation has no leads, and Kenichi is trying to comfort Naoko but it’s not that effective. They’re passing each day tearfully.
