The power levels in this show have kinda gotten crazy, but not necessarily in a bad way. Seeing Erza use the Adamantine Armour, which blocked a hit from a fucking magic cannon, only for it to be slashed by Kagura completely, reminded me of that. Even back in the Tenrou Island arc, Erza used that armour but it was pierced by an above-average level attack from Azuma. Goes to show just how large the power scale has gotten, as in how much stronger our opponents have become. Seeing Natsu dominate Sting and Rogue was a good reminder that Natsu's defeated Hades and Zero, 2 of the leaders of the 3 strongest dark guilds, defeated Jellal, and literally defeated a dragon-mech from an alternate universe (he did none of those things with just his own power, I'll admit). It's good to see all the crazy shit we've been through pay off

2023-12-09 11:47:43 +0000 UTCthe shit rule enforcement of the grand magic games has returned đ it started back when the referees and judges were just watching as minerva tortured lucy, and now it's back again where they're literally allowing hostages to be taken đ and then in the next episode (which you've seen) they just watched as minerva stabbed kagura and gave her the points even though erza had defeated her prior i hate how morally uncaring the judges are, even back in the beginning of the arc when raven tail cheated in the lucy and flare match, yajima, A JUDGE, knew that they'd cheated but didnt say anything
