Whiskey Wednesday - SW
Added 2021-07-01 00:15:48 +0000 UTCToday's WW post is a special dining edition at SW inside the Wynn Resort. One of my favorite steakhouses in Las Vegas, I decided to try one of their signature cocktails ~ Jack Black. It's a luscious mix of Gentleman Jack Daniel's Whiskey, Fernet Branca, honeysuckle-peppercorn infusion, blackberries, lemon and ginger beer. Typically, I'm not a fan of ginger beer, but it was very tasty and refreshing on a hot evening. It paired nicely with the oysters I had as an appetizer. Malbec was the wine of choice for the shared New York Strip Steak, Pan Roasted Sea Scallops and Au Gratin Potatoes. Last but not least, was Crรจme brรปlรฉe for dessert. Always a favorite and amazingly delicious!
