I’m Batman (HP Xover) C46
Added 2022-06-14 22:28:08 +0000 UTCAs Bruce and everyone else left the Great hall and the doors slammed shut, Turning into a metal wall, Harry turned to Hermione, Ron, and Neville.
“How could a troll get in?” He asks the group.
“Not by itself. Trolls aren’t the smartest. Probably people playing jokes.” Hermione replies.
“Why do you think the Headmaster took Bruce with them?” Ron asked in suspicion.
“Maybe he needed Bruce’s help? He is at the top of his second-year classes.” Neville says with a shrug, not believing exactly what he’s saying.
“Yeah, but he’s still just a second-year student. No matter how good his grades are, a seventh-year student would probably be better, right?” Hermione explains.
“So, why do you think he took Bruce?” Harry repeats Ron's question.
“I don’t know...” Hermione replies with a confused look.
“Well, we do know one thing...” Ron says as he looks at everyone. “Bruce is hiding something from us.”
They weren’t the only ones talking about Bruce and his departure. Every student in the Great Hall was talking about Bruce and giving their theories as to why he left with the Headmaster.
All theories were wrong in some way, but most of them came to the consensus that Bruce is connected to the Headmaster in some way.

As Bruce and the group of Professors made their way to the second floor of the west wing, they started hearing the thumping of heavy footsteps on stone flooring, along with an occasional loud banging sound.
“We’re close.” Professor Septima Vector mutters nervously as they follow the noises.
As they followed the sounds, which were getting louder as they got closer to the source, Bruce and Albus turned the corner first and saw a giant, fat, grey-ish green skin, big eared, troll. Dressed in rags though he was mostly naked and armed with a huge wooden club.
“Hello there!” Albus says drawing its attention away from the poor wall that it’s been whacking with its club.
“Ughh!?” The troll grunts as it leans the club on its shoulder and turns to see everyone turn the corner. “Urrggghhhh!!”
As it sees the group of armed wizards, the troll gets enraged almost instantly.
“Well, good luck, Bruce.” Albus says as he pats Bruce’s back and pushes him forward towards the pissed-off mountain troll.
‘I knew this f*cker was planning something...’ Bruce thought as he took out his wand.
As Bruce stares down his giant adversary, the professors behind Albus go into an uproar.
“Albus, I won’t stand for this...”
“He’s just a child, Headmaster...”
“Even I wouldn’t want to face a Mountain Troll alone...”
“We should take care of this ourselves...”
“...”
Sadly, their complaints were swiftly ignored as Albus motioned for them to lower their wands and quietly watch.
Bruce, who has already started dodging the troll as it swings its club wildly, was trying to come up with a game plan.
He knew that Giants, dragons, Graphorns, and trolls had considerable spell resistance, with hides that repelled all but the most concentrated and powerful spells, although they were still vulnerable to attacks on their eyes such as the Conjunctivitis Curse, which simply causes swelling in the eyes until they shut completely. This is possibly owed to the eyes being weak or simply not having the same protection it’s skin has.
It takes almost half a dozen wizards to stun a dragon, so it should take at most three to stun a troll. Sadly, Bruce is working without any help here.
Killing the Troll would be child’s play, as Bruce can think of three ways to take care of it just off the top of his head. Though he doesn’t think that Dumbledore would appreciate that, and it’s not like the Troll has done anything worth dying for.
Coming to the conclusion to take it easy on the poor Troll, who is most likely mind-controlled, Bruce comes up with a simple plan to knock the thing out.
Although a mountain troll's skin is extremely magic resistant, that doesn’t mean it’s very strong against blunt force, cuts, or piercing attacks.
Deciding to just do things simply, Bruce slips under yet another swing of its club and points his wand at the ceiling, transfiguring a giant fist to crash down on the troll's unsuspecting bald head.
As the stone fist hits the top of its head, the troll staggered to its knees and held its aching cranium. Seeing that the first attack wasn’t enough, Bruce pointed his wand at the floor and does the same spell.
A fist rises from the floor and smashes into the troll's jaw. Spit flies everywhere as the troll is knocked up to his feet and collided with the waiting fist up above.
Staggering to catch its balance the troll trips and falls in Bruce’s direction. Whether it meant to do it or not, the troll was inches away from crushing Bruce with his fall. Thankfully, Bruce acted quickly and rolled like a dark souls character, dodging the giant troll by a hair.
“Huh?”
“Oh my...”
“He actually did it?”
“Not only that... He made it look easy.”
“...”
While everyone was commenting on Bruce’s skill, the man himself was making sure the Troll wasn’t waking up, which was clearly shown by the loud snoring that began to fill the hallway.
“Good work, my boy.” Dumbledore congratulates Bruce with a proud smile.
“Thanks, what's my grade?” Bruce asks.
During every dueling spar they have, Albus would give Bruce a grade from F to A. The highest Bruce has ever gotten after a spar is a C, which Albus says is amazing for an 11-year-old.
“I give you a B.” Albus says after a moment of contemplation.
“Headmaster, is Mr. Wayne your student?” One of the Professors asks incredulously.
