Tier Patreon Patch Note for 2021

Now I have change a bit about "poll and vote". OK, let check it.

Poll
- I decide to change a poll. Instant of I have a poll 3 month per vote, I have a poll every month.
- For some tier, I change multi vote to vote one per character and theme only but the point for tier is difference.
Iron Tier / Bronze Tier
- You can get 1 Vote of the new poll. (1 Character and 1 Theme) -> You can vote a poll. (1 point)
Bronze Tier
- You can get Artpack 3 -> 3-4 Picture Per Character/Theme (Also this I give 4 for many previous month but I just edit the text.)
Silver Tier
- You will get Multi Vote of the new poll (the vote that you choose is 1 point). -> You can vote a poll. (2 points)
Gold Tier
- You will get Multi Vote of the new poll. (the vote that you choose is 3 points per choose) -> You can vote a poll. (3 points)
Platinum Tier
- You will get Multi Vote of the new poll. (the vote that you choose is "4" points per choose) -> You can vote a poll. (5 points)
