News: Reward change a bit / New Tier!

Gold Tier:
- Remove "You can bring your original character or some character that you want. I may use it to draw a side character for a main character."
- However, Gold tier can get the ticket (depend on how long they support)
New! Platinum Tier:
- 20 USD
- You can get All reward under gold tier.
- 4 points per choose.
- You can get the ticket every month.
- Limit 5 Support for the first time
The ticket: It can use ti get sketch commission or shade commission.
