Stegostamp fixes

For those who also have creator pages and are getting an error message, this is from a Patreon API problem and we're working around it. It might take us a few days to get it fixed.

I keep getting an "Access_token is empty" error. If I clear out the stegostamp cookie and try again, I have to Allow the plugin and I can download an image. However, this repeats when I try the next image. I did disable Privacy Badger, so not sure what else.
