Reward tier cleanup
Added 2017-11-06 21:11:59 +0000 UTCIn order to clean things up, I rolled the video stuff into the high-resolution tier. I also added a new "Guru" tier for tutoring so let's see if anything happens there :) Also updated some of the graphics and whatnot.
